spark 1.0.2(也是1.1.0)挂起在分区上

我在apachespark中遇到了一个奇怪的问题,我希望能得到一些帮助。在从hdfs读取数据(并从json转换为object)之后,下一阶段(处理所述对象)在处理了2个分区(总共512个分区)之后失败。这种情况发生在大型数据集上(我注意到最小的数据集大约是700兆,但可能更低,我还没有缩小范围)。
编辑:700兆是tgz文件大小,未压缩是6千兆。

我正在32核60 gig的机器上用local master运行spark,设置如下:

我在spark的kmeans无法处理大数据时遇到了类似的问题?你能做的最好的事情就是对你的应用程序进行微调,因为在你的问题中没有任何信息可以建议如何解决这个问题。
您还可以使用经验法则微调分区的数量。
在另一份工作中,为了扩展到15t数据,我在spark的memoryoverhead中报告了我的方法,但我不知道这是否相关。

有向无环图(dag)调度失败意味着失败的阶段集为空(即没有失败的阶段)。
missing parents是计算请求的结果所需的、尚未缓存在内存中的阶段的列表。
