Description
Hello, it is about few months I'm using element ui before I used vuetify. I can feel that element is faster and more simple but there is a feature in vuetify than can easily switch between dark & light theme, because now some people love light and some other love dark please add this feature for element, I know there is Theme section but it is not what I want.

This would be really nice. Even if the theme tool could just make dark themes. It all assumes a white background.
