图片回显是自己请求到数据后赋值给el-upload的file-list,和组件没什么关系吧

项目上有用户认证限制， 请求头上要带特定的参数才可以拿到资源。组件里面的图片请求是直接放img上的，那个头上的参数放不进去就请求不到资源。 已经自己在el-upload的基础上又封了一层解决了，
