Visual Studio 未找到SharePoint SecureStoreProvider

我正在Visual Studio中为SharePoint Server 2019 Standard开发WebPart（使用.ascx），需要访问Secure Store Service。但是，我无法找到包含SecureStoreProvider类的Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.Server.dll。
我使用PowerShell脚本搜索了整个机器，但没有成功。
我在March 8, 2022, update for SharePoint Server 2019 (KB5002163)中找到了这个DLL的引用，但这并没有导致任何地方，因为我的安装已经完全修补（在撰写本文时为2023年10月）。
我找到的唯一类似的DLL是Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.Server.Security.dll，但它缺少必要的SecureStoreProvider类。
任何关于访问我的WebPart的SecureStoreProvider的建议都将不胜感激。

您可以在SharePoint场的任何SharePoint Server部分的GAC中找到DLL Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.dll：

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService
